What You Are Promised
Design, lights, installation, service all season, January takedown and storage all sit inside the number you are quoted. Nothing is added later.
Everything is clipped to the roofline, gutters and trim. No nails, no staples, no screws, and nothing to patch when it comes down.
Bulbs, timers, wind and storm damage. Call or text us and we come out. Service is included all season with no per-visit charge.
We take it down, label it by section and store it in climate control until next season. Your garage stays empty and your weekend stays yours.

We cap how many homes we take each season. Every display is custom-designed and maintained straight through January, and that only works with a schedule we can actually keep. Consultations are booking now, and the earlier you are on the calendar, the more choice you have on install dates.

Pricing is one all-inclusive figure for the season. That one price covers design, commercial-grade LEDs, installation, all-season maintenance, removal, and climate-controlled storage. Where your home lands depends on roofline size, home height, and how many palms or trees you want wrapped.
We provide everything. Displays use commercial-grade C9 and mini LEDs custom-cut to your roofline, rated for outdoor Florida conditions and far brighter and more durable than retail strands. You never store, untangle, or replace anything.
No. Lights are attached with clips designed for shingles and gutters — no nails, no staples, and no holes. On tile, slate, and historic homes the attachment method is matched to the surface. Everything is removed in January with the same care.
Maintenance is included for the entire season. If a bulb fails, a timer drifts, or wind moves a section, we come out and fix it at no extra charge. You never have to get on a ladder.
Yes. Palm wrapping is one of the most requested designs in Tampa Bay and one of the biggest visual upgrades available. It works especially well on waterfront and resort-style properties.
Yes. Removal happens in January, everything is packaged and labeled by section, and stored in a climate-controlled facility until next season. Your garage stays empty.
No. Most installs happen while homeowners are at work. We just need access to the exterior and an outdoor outlet, plus a heads-up about gate codes, dogs, or anything fragile on the property.
